The parties are interested to buy Residential Plots having any size viz. 100 Sq.Yd , 200 Sq Yd , 300 Sq Yd. or 400 Sq.Yd. on Resale basis from the parties who have been allotted Residential Plots of any category at ECO City, New Chandigarh( MULLANPUR)on the basis of the Draw held on 28.11.2011 by the office of Greater Mohali Area Development Authority, Puda Bhawan, Sector 62,SAS Nagar,Mohali.Preferential premium shall be paid to the Allotted Resellers. They should produce necessary documents and ID proofs and the proof of partial payments made to GMADA and the allotment letters etc.
